Berkeley Innovation is working with the Recreational Sports Facility (RSF) to maximize the usage of gym facilities and enforce a 30 minute maxiumum on impacted machines. The current paper based system is confusing and allows about 10% of machines to be underutilized, even at peak times.

We are currently exploring a simple replacement for the current paper model to be implemented immediately, and are working to phase into a computerized system for implementation during the summer months. With the end user input that we have gathered, we hope that the new system will make sign up less confusing by providing the user with pertinent information right away.
